Tired~~~~~
School ended earlier at like 4 so when i reach home
i did have tml to go jogging XD

Yes jogging!
need to train short termly is for poly 50
mid termly NAFA
and long termly is my health ^^

put on wadever sporty looking and comfy clothing i can find
and off to boonlay sec XD
Why boonlay u say?
hmmm cause i use to run 2.4km there mah
so i can ah ga ah ga gauge the distance i ran :D
not that i wanna see my juniors or show off or see mei mei or wad LOL

3 rounds around boonlay is 2.4km
so 1 round is like .8km
today i ran like 2 1/2 round only than i started to stop and walk le
about 2km :S
poly 50 needs about 3km!! OMG

Started with my twice a week running + abit other exercise thingy le
hopeful i wont erm
lack of reason or motivation than back out from the plan :D
Anyone wanna join mi?

sch run ah erm can consider lah hor
cause i always tink its quite erm tedious :X
got any sports stuff in sch can call mi :D

now all i need is to EAT AND EAT
